Marks and Spencers..?

Now I don't know about you, but I had always regarded Marks and Sparks as a shop for the 'older' ladies and gents..and as the home of Percy Pigs and Colin (the classic birthday cake that will have made an appearance at at least one of every British child's birthday parties). But recently, I have been falling in love with their clothing!
This could be that I am now officially classed as 'older', or that they have really stepped up their game. I like to think it is the latter, and I have spied some beaut pieces that are definitely going on my Christmas list this year.

If you don't believe me (no offence taken), please see below for examples.

These are just a few of the things I have had my eye on, and to be honest the pictures of some of the items online do not do them justice. So if you haven't already, venture into your local M&S and I promise you won't be dissapointed. Exploring the layout and feel of the clothes is much more satisfying than online shopping anyway (although I am still an avid fan of the sofa shopping experience!)

I tried on the above coat the other day and did not want to take it off.. granted these pieces are a little more expensive than the equivalent at Missguided or Topshop. But you know that Marks and Spencers means quality - and if you buy something timeless and classic, which is the majority of their pieces, you will definitely get the most out of your cost per wear.

What do you think of these items, have you considered M&S for clothes before.. or have I tempted you?
Happy shopping until next time..
